Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (Part-time with the option of Full-time)

Location: AMSTERDAM and remote (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial risk management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial analysis, cost management, and cash flow optimization.
• Collaborate with other executives, investors and stakeholders to drive company growth and profitability.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive role in a technology or startup environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
