Gedurende 3 dagdelen worden deelnemers per ochtend door 3 thema’s heen geleidt met als doel om als het ware ‘het net op te halen’ en te kijken: ‘hoe gaat het met jou als Mens?’ Spiegelend maar ook ‘confronterend’. Hoe gaat het in algemene zit met je? Wie ben je? Hoe zit je in je vel? Waar sta je voor en wat heb je daar al dan niet aan gedaan? En wat gebeurt er met je na maanden van afwijzingen? Hoe zet je dat weg? Waar zit je geloof, onzekerheid, boosheid of passiviteit? Waarom kan of durf jij geen verantwoordelijkheid (meer) te nemen en zet je dat buiten je-Zelf?!? Iedereen krijgt middels de vragen zicht op kwaliteiten maar ook ‘schaduwkant’. De coaching en training beoogt dat daar (h)erkenning op wordt geven, om vervolgens niet mee ‘weg te kijken’ voor ‘het lastige leven’! Van ‘constructie’ terug naar eigen fundament!
