Responsible for organising and monitoring workflow for a leading company in the shrink sleeve labels industry. This implies working closely with the Planning, Logistics and Production departments, located in four different countries ( UK, France, Poland, and The Netherlands) -Main contact for 5 accounts from dairy industry ( France, UK & Spain) , 3 accounts from Beverages industry ( Spain and Portugal) and 2 accounts from food processing industry (Spain) -Order management, control and administration for the above mentioned accounts (which include among others Nestle, Coca-cola, the Kraft-Heinz company, Orangina Schweppes group and the Lactalis Group) -Working closely with Project Managers to constantly improve relationship with the customer. -Responsible for credit control for all accounts in the Spanish market.
