At LeasePlan I was tasked with describing several aspects of their software processes, such each software team's tasks and how they fit into the overall software effort (which was changing rapidly with the introduction of customer journey processes). All this was a very general but necessary (!) set of tasks at the company.
I documented Spilgames’ Business Intelligence Data Warehouse architecture. The documentation covered such aspects as the rationale for the current architecture, import processes, data enrichment, integration, and the presentation layer.

Tasks: I designed and wrote web-based online help (in XML and HTML) for the SalesManager suite of Customer Relationship Management applications. Course development: I developed courses in this package in Dutch and English and delivered them in Holland, Switzerland and Ireland.
Tasks: I wrote online help for three VNU Publitec (“Golden Pages”) applications. The software is used to enter advert texts and subscriber data and to view subscriber and contract data through a web-based application.

This involved converting legacy documentation to SGML, storing it in a database management system (Astoria) and using OmniMark to convert SGML to HTML. I used OmniMark to convert RTF files to SGML.
Tasks: Documenting the UNIFACE product; this involved writing online help and fixing documentation bugs. I have a good knowledge of UNIFACE Version 7. I further enhanced my UNIFACE skills by attending various in-house courses on this topic.
