I’m an all-round international supply chain expert with 20 years experience at Philips. I started my career as a planner at the Philips shaver factory in Drachten, worked abroad (Athens and Prague) where I was responsible for operations (planning, customer service desks, warehousing and distribution) covering 27 countries in the Central and Eastern Europe region and as a last assignment I managed the Integrated SC activities as part of the closing of one of the Philips’s factories in the UK. After this long, intense period with Philips I took a sabbatical to catch a breath and take a step back to decide what I wanted in the future. I discovered that I want to work on short, focused assignments, and so started working freelance, expanding my horizon by working for different companies, adding value with my experience, accelerate projects, and in the meantime developing the people I work with on my assignment or in a.i. roles. I’m available for projects and/or Ad Interim roles in Supply Chain/ Operations/ ******* Management.
