The Social Media Manager will play an important role in the day-to-day management of our social media channels. We need someone who can hit the ground running, take responsibility, and very quickly understand the brands you work on and begin contributing. This person must have experience in driving social content and engagement to create brand loyalty across social platforms. Experience working directly with social platforms and social management tools is a must.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Support day-to-day social media operations including content planning, creative execution, social listening and reporting
- Identify and keep pulse on social media trends that can help deliver against strategic goals and share with the team
- Construct and execute monthly editorial calendars across all organic social media platforms
- Assist in user-generated strategy
- Make recommendations based on monthly and yearly compiled social data
- Research and monitor other brands for campaign and content inspiration; develop cadence of sharing ideas from other brands
- Support in managing the Official Family Facebook Community. Work closely with customer experience, consumer insights and culinary teams to glean important product and culinary insights; use data to iterate content strategies
- Own curating Instagram Story, Pinterest and TikTok content
- Assist in content upload process for our YouTube channels, working closely with brand teams to incorporate SEO language
- Identify quick content creators to sign as long-term partners for creation of NPD content, trends and to fill content gaps
- Own brief-in process for creative requests
- Assist in growing and expanding social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube
- Own content scheduling using our scheduling tool, Sprinklr

- 6-12 month contract
- Inside IR35
- Day rate - DOE
- Must have community management experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Must be based in Amsterdam
