If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a business analyst who can join our development squad and act as the interface between the business and the technical team. You will be working on topics such as data governance, information protection and data life cycle management, which are essential for ensuring the quality, security and compliance of our unstructured data assets. You will help us to implement best practices and standards for data governance. By doing so, you will enable our colleagues to collaborate and share data in a secure and compliant manner, and to leverage data as a strategic asset for innovation and decision making. Making a difference; As a business analyst, you will: - Engage with stakeholders from different business units and functions to understand their data needs and expectations;
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for data governance solutions;
- Support the development squad in implementing the requirements in the data governance tooling, and ensure alignment with the overall data strategy and architecture;
- Communicate and collaborate with other business analysts, data stewards, data owners and data users to ensure consistency and quality of data governance across the organization;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of data governance solutions, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration, Agility, Complex Problem Solving and Judgement & decision making, are clearly essential for the role of a Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below: - Academic thinking and working level
- Good knowledge of collaborative tools like Microsoft M365 or peers.
- Experience with data governance.
- Experience within IT Workplace and/or HR is preferred.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
